On your first day you will have access to the following applications like Google Workspace, Jira and Atlassian, and OpenVPN.
If you require additional apps, go to OpenNetworks tools on the bookmark and click on IT support.
Type your details in and the signature builds itself. The preview shows an example until you start — your first keystroke replaces it. Leave a field empty and that piece is left out cleanly.
Type numbers however you like — 8336736638 becomes (833) 673-6638. Leave either blank if you don't use it.
Blank falls back to the OpenNetworks company page.
Use a Google Calendar appointment schedule link only — open Google Calendar, create an appointment schedule, and copy its booking page URL. Links from other scheduling tools are not supported.

Adding it to Gmail
This signature is for Gmail only. OpenNetworks is a Google Workspace company, so set your email up in Gmail — on your laptop at mail.google.com, and on your phone in the Gmail app. Do not set your work email up in Outlook, Apple Mail, or any other mail client. Set it up once, on a computer — the Gmail app on your phone uses the same signature.

Nothing to paste here — the app only allows a plain-text signature, and if one is set it replaces this one. Make sure it is off:

Paste into Gmail's signature setting, never into an email you are writing — a signature pasted into a draft gets rewritten each time the draft saves, which is what makes it look wrong on a phone. If the logo is missing, you pasted into the plain-text box rather than the rich-text editor — undo, click inside the box, and paste again.
